Our History

Expertware is, since 2006, a disruptive consulting company with a vision of bringing quickly added value to customers IT Infrastructure & Solutions by:

Completing efficiently complex projects that span across different technologies on time and on competitive budgets.

Evolving traditional IT landscapes to new models: hybrid clouds, interconnected SaaS, BI and Analytics.

Improving and optimizing their overall IT landscape: processes, applications and infrastructure.

Since then the company has grown significantly and now has operations bases in both Belgium and Romania and supports large multinational companies across Europe.

As well as project work more than 50% of revenues now come from support services – IT infrastructure and application management.

Providing strategic road maps to embrace and harvest new technologies, aligning rapidly infrastructure with business goals.

Our Mission

Successful IT implementations have never been just about technology. They rely on both the skills and attitude of the people doing the implementation.

The ethos of the company is to have a flat hierarchy. Roles and responsibilities change on a mission by mission basis. Close team working using the latest collaboration tools is the normal way of working.

Expertware has focused on recruiting degree qualified engineers not only for their technical skills but also for their ‘can do ‘ attitude, passion for IT and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a successful project outcome. Each engineer has a development plan to ensure their skills are continuously upgraded as new technology comes to market.

The formation of a near shore division enables Expertware to provide a flexible and cost effective resource model providing a mix of onsite, near shore and dedicated resources to suit each customer’s unique requirements
